Yes. The catalogue supports item-specific units and conversions. Set up conversions carefully for each product so purchases, sales and stock counts refer to the same quantities.

Yes. Quotations are part of the workflow for customers who need a price before committing. They are non-fiscal documents, not a substitute for an approved fiscal receipt.

The purchasing workflow lets you record goods received against a purchase order, including deliveries that arrive in stages. Record only the quantities actually received, and check any remaining balance before closing an order.

Yes. Customer accounts, balances and transaction history help your team review previous activity and follow up on outstanding amounts. Confirm opening balances before using any system for real accounts.

No. An external payment reference or a payment method recorded in the workspace is not independent confirmation from a bank or payment provider. Reconcile receipts against the actual provider before treating a payment as settled.
